Returns: At Cayman & Co. our biggest goal is please our awesome customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it better! Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands.
Our return policy is for store credit only.
Here are our rules and procedures for returns:
- Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery (Per USPS Tracking).
- Anything purchased at a discounted price (blowout or clearance items) is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Items in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed will be issued a full refund in the form of store credit.
- Include the return form. If your return form is not included, it will slow down your return and make our job super difficult.
- Please allow our team 5-10 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx and ask for a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim with the shipping service used.
- All items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Items have the original tags still attached.
- Items are received within 14 calendar days from date of delivery.
- All discounted and/or sale items are final sale
- Items purchased with store credit
- Gift Cards
- Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
- Complete the RETURN FORM and include it inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.
If your package arrives at Cayman and Co. Returns Department within the 14-day timeline specified above, it will be processed within 5-10 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit/gift card for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. You will receive an email with a store credit code, which can be applied at checkout.
Questions or Concerns? If you believe that you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, were shipped incorrect merchandise, or have any questions about your order, please contact us within 2 business days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have and signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage act us within 2 business days. You can reach us by email at email@example.com
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will be issued store credit that you can then use to purchase the new size.
Store Credit: Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card.
