Shipping and Tracking
Shipping: Not only is it FREE, It’s fast: Once your order is successfully submitted, our shipping magicians work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship within 2-3 business days. Then, our preferred mail carriers pick it up and it should be in your hands in 3 to 10 (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) additional business days! We currently only offer free shipping to the Continental U.S. For expedited shipping, please choose the Priority Mail shipping option at checkout. Priority Mail will ship out the same day or next day (Monday - Friday) after your order is placed. Successfully placed orders receive an e-mail receipt with your order details. If you do not receive this item, please check your SPAM folder or contact us for confirmation.
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail. We will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
***We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with the post office. If we file a claim with USPS and your tracking number says delivered, the claim will be denied and closed by USPS. We also recommend that you check with neighbors, spouse, children, etc.
